Meet The LEADERSHIP TEAM

Prior to joining Masters of Mindset, Elias spent the past 9 years in the automotive engineering sector, launching projects globally from North America to China before becoming a Global PMO Leader.
Elias Joined Masters of Mindset in October 2022 due to being heavily invested in the vision and exponential growth. Elias is the Operations Director, responsible for implementing/maintaining processes and supporting other functions to deliver high-quality results.
Elias spends his downtime taking a step back from the fast-paced environment by venturing into the wild with his family, connecting with nature, and grounding himself for the week ahead.

Prior to joining Masters of Mindset, George spent 10 years in running sales teams across the motor trade industry then going on to opening his own business. George had great success with his business but due to COVID decided to close his business after 4 years and started fresh by moving over to Masters of Mindset.
George joined Masters of Mindset in August of 2022 and worked his way up successfully from being on the phones to now managing the sales floor.
George enjoys spending his weekends with his family, BBQ gatherings as well as catching up with friends.

Mark Jones was the first employee of Masters of Mindset before joining Masters of Mindset Mark spent 6 years recruiting for sales positions within the travel industry.
The reason for the move was due to the vision and ambitious growth Masters of Mindset, which excited Mark! Mark currently heads up our Recruitment department. Mark joined in December 2021 earning Employee of the Year in his first year.
When Mark is not finding winners for our company, you can either find him in a gym, cinema or hiking up a mountain.

Prior to joining Masters of Mindset, Marion spent 16 years as an Office Manager. Marion officially joined Masters of Mindset on March 1st, 2022, and is responsible for management of office facilities, employment contracts and supporting the leadership team in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Marion enjoys reading and travelling in her spare time.
